GYODER, “The Association of Real Estate and Real Estate Investment Companies” which can be said to be Turkey’s Real Estate Platform as the phrase goes, has organized the 16th Real Estate Expo. The most pressing issues about the country and the economy were discussed in a multinational forum. In the event which was labeled “The DNA of Turkey’s Housing Sector Is Under Examination”, was blessed with the words of the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in the introduction.

In the summit which was visited by both local and foreign entrepreneurs and businessmen, the future of Turkey’s economy was put forward. GYODER Chairman Assoc. Prof. Feyzullah Yetgin has stated that the summit which has been periodically held since 2000, has become the most important event of the sector. He has also stated that their aim is to uplift the real etate business to a much higher degree as it is imperative for the development of Turkey in terms of the country’s aim in becoming one of the 10 biggest economies in the world.
The British Tyler Brule, who is one of the most prominent figures in contemporary media, was present at the event as a guest speaker. Brule has announced the “trademark cities” of the future. Brule has suggested that even though he notices important brands from Spain or Sweden, authentic and local colour designs should be implemented in order to attract tourists from Europe or the local pupolation.
