22 Thousand Houses Were Sold To Foreıgners In 2017

Last year, in Turkey which sold 22 thousand 234 housing to foreigners in general, compared to the previous year, housing sales to foreigners has increased by 22.2 percent. The first order of housing sales to foreigners was Istanbul with 8,182 houses, while Antalya got the second place with 4,707 houses. It was understood that Yalova followed Antalya with 1,474 residential sales and Bursa and 1,079 residential sales. In December of 2017, it was seen that 2 thousand 164 houses were sold in total.

The Iraqis were determined to buy 3 thousand 805 housing last year. Iraq followed Saudi Arabia with 3,345 houses and it was understood that these two countries were followed by Kuwait, which bought 1,691 houses, Russia with 1,331 dwellings and Afghanistan with 1,078 dwellings. In December Iraqi citizens bought 418 housings from Turkey. Iraq was followed by Suudi Arabia with 271 houses, Kuwait with 151 houses, and Russian Federation with 129 houses.
