Turkish real estate sector is preparing to break a record!

Real Estate Chairman of The Executive Board of Project White Murat Uzun who evaluates all these developments, this situation put the trust that is on Turkish real estate and thanks to all these developments, real estate state is going to break a record in the sales to Gulf.

He said “The exposition that was done at the beginning of April at Hilton Convention Center backs our evaluations up” and he continued” There was a really crowd with rich Arabians and other wealthy people. They have the knowledge about Turkish real estate sector. The prices in this sector keep rising and it will because the Arabian demand to the sector is growing day by day. In addition to this, increasing the cost of construction is seen as another reason why real estate prices gets higher. Ending 2016 with a record in real estate sector shouldn’t make people surprise because at the fairs which were held in and out of the country, there was a huge demand for Turkish real estate sector.

World is playing for real estate economy and every country try to get a share of the cake by putting its real estate instrument on table. There are going to be record sales in Turkey in 2016 and Arabian customers will be the biggest share of this.

Sector has a few demands

Some of them are returning of VAT (Value Added Tax) and extending residence permit or providing citizenship right for those who buy a house.
