According to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TURKSTAT), house sales in July 2017 increased by 42.4 percent compared to the same month of the previous year and reached 115 thousand 869.

Household sales in Turkey were 115 thousand 869 in July 2017, increasing by 42.4 percent compared to the same month of the previous year. In residential sales, Istanbul has the highest share with 18.63 percent.

 According to the sales figures, Istanbul was followed by 11,669 housing sales, 10,1 percent share in Ankara, 6,509 housing sales and 5,6 percent share in İzmir.
