Based on the datas broadcasted by Eva Real Estate, based on the compound increase in value, Kemerburgaz, Baghdad Avenue, Beylikdüzü and Gürpınar, Başakşehir and Kayabaşı and Riva, respectively, 175 %, 113 %, 101 %, 91 % and 89 %, are the most valuable districts of Istanbul. Also Alemdağ and Ataşehir is among the most valuable districts of 2015.
Eva Real Estate’s General Director, Cansel Turgut Yazıcı, based on the ‘Branded Housing Survey’ which had been carried out by examining projects over 1000 and houses over 500, has pointed out the districts of İstanbul which have potential to develop and gain value and also a possible focusable locations for investors.
According to the information that Yazıcı gives, considering Asian and European sides over ‘Branded House Projects’; Kemerburgaz, Baghdad Avenue, Beylikdüzü and Gürpınar, Başakşehir and Kayabaşı, and also Riva are the most valuable districts based on the compound increase in value in the last 3 years.
Rail System, New Project and Land Stock are Important Criteria
Yazıcı, who states that Alemdağ, Beylikdüzü and Gürpınar, Kemerburgaz, Esenyurt and Ataşehir are in the list of the most valuable districts. When we predicate only on 2015, also says: “ There are districts which are stable in both lists. Beylikdüzü and Gürpınar are two of those districts. Among the reasons why these counties have gained value, we can rank new housing projects in that field, their closeness to the rail system and Eurasia Tunnel. Basically, when the field has transportation it automatically increases the price of the field. Land existance is also important.”
