It’s been given wide coverage to branded houses projects in April’s report, prepared by REIDIN, real estate information service, with the support of Turkiye Is Bank. Based on this report, New House Price Index, has showed increase in value this month by 0.12 % compared to previous month, by 7.53 % compared to the same month of previous year and by 69.90 % compared to January 2010, the beginning period of index.
New House Price Index for April has showed increase in value compared to previous month by 0.36 % in 1+1 flats, by 0.17 % in 2+1 flats and by 0.33 % in 4+1 flats. However it has showed decrease in 3+1 flats by 0.12 %.
In April, New House Price Index for branded houses projects in Asian Side have increased by 0.23 %, and for branded houses projects in European Side have increased by 0.42 %. Based on the beginning period of index, the projects in Asian Side have showed increase by 8.8 points compared to the projects in European Side.
When bank credits, notes and downpayments of buyers who buy a house from branded houses projects analyzed, it is seen that downpayment usage rate is 32 %, bank credit usage rate is 34 % and note usage rate is 34 %.
In April, within the scope of branded house projects, 96.6 % of the houses have been sold on the basis of 1% VAT, and 3.1 % of the houses have been sold on the basis of 15 % VAT.
In April, within the scope of branded house projects, 23 % of the houses have been sold to the foreign investors. It is seen that foreign investors mostly prefer 1+1, 130 square meter size flats.
House prices have showed the highest increase in Yalova in April. Rental prices have showed the highest increase in Ordu.
