Oyak Will Build Up To 15 Thousand Houses İn 3 Provinces

OYAK is preparing to spend the biggest housing project of its history with an investment of approximately 800 million liras in Ankara, Izmir and Yalova. Urban design and architectural project on real estates purchased from Real Estate Housing REIT will start in the first half of 2018. OYAK General Manager Süleyman Savaş Erdem said that "OYAK's biggest priority is to provide services in line with the needs of its members."

Firstly, it is planned to build 12 thousand houses in stages in the living area to be built on the land of 2 million square meters in Ballıkuyumcu district on the Ankara-Eskisehir Road. The Agency is planning another large real estate investment on 1.5 million square meters of land in Yalova Çiftlikköy, located in Istanbul-Kocaeli-Bursa triangle. The project will include R & D, industrial and logistic centers, advanced technology base, educational facilities and a living space of approximately 2,000 residences.

12 Thousand New Housing Units in Ankara

Firstly, it is planned to build 12 thousand houses in stages in a gigantic living area to be built on a plot of approximately 2 million square meters in Ballıkuyumcu district on Ankara-Eskisehir Road. The project, which will include all kinds of facilities from socio-cultural facilities to educational facilities, children's play centers to eating and drinking and shopping areas, will become a model life center designed according to modern urbanism. Urban and architectural design of the project will begin in the first half of 2018.

OYAK will make an investment of thousand houses in the Urla district of Izmir. The target of the project to be launched in 2019 is 368 thousand square meters of land taken in the scope of the project, environmentally sensitive, with a living area with social facilities.
