Accordingly, in Kagithane the average residential sales price per square meter is 3 thousand 650 TL, the average rent is 1.538 TL and the return period of the residential investment is 19 years.

The average price in Basaksehir is 3 thousand 300 TL

Başakşehir, as a location, is far from the central business districts of Istanbul, but has a lot of potential for development due to the trade areas in the region. Otakar-Bağcılar-Basaksehir-Olimpiyatköy metro station in Basaksehir, the new projects gained momentum.

The average housing price in the district is 3 thousand 300 TL, the average rent is 1,525 TL, and the return period of the housing investment is 24 years.

Zeytinburnu'da 4.300 TL

One of the most popular districts for housing investment in Istanbul, Zeytinburnu has the shortest time to return to housing investment.

In Bağcılar, the average residential square meter sales price is 2.900 TL, the average residence price is 325.000 TL, and the return period of the housing investment is 17 years.

Kadıköy's first place in Anatolia

In the vicinity of Anatolia, Kadıköy ranks first in the most popular regions of the Anatolian side in terms of real estate investment due to proximity to the European side, increased transportation convenience with the subway and proximity to areas such as Acibadem and Bagdat Caddesi.

Housing sale prices in Cekmekoy vary between TL 2.825 and TL 4.150. The average residential sales price is 3,000 TL, and the average return period of the residences in the district is 24 years.

Price average in Ataşehir is 4.725 TL

The average price of residence in Ataşehir is 4.725 TL, the average rent is 1.919 TL and the return time of the residence investment is around 24 years.

The development of Ataşehir started with housing projects. In particular, high value increases in the region have been seen due to housing projects in West Atasehir. Recent construction of the Finance Center has resulted in an increase in both commercial and residential projects.
