Here Uysal's explanations are: "Urban transformation is definitely going to be done on the spot, instead of urban transformation, it is more appropriate to say on-site transformation instead of urban renewal. The majority of our citizens are willing to make a 20 percent smaller building apartment or shop, which accounts for 70 percent of the cost, 20 percent of which we have received as a municipality and 30 percent support for this first time in this budget period we have allocated a serious resource for urban transformation. The budget we allocate for urban transformation for 2018 is 1 billion liras. We have 3.5 to 4 billion houses built to cover 30 percent. We will transform 800 thousand independent sections in 10 years, and if we increase this figure every year, we believe that we will achieve urban transformation in Istanbul for a period of 10 years. We are very committed to this. We think that the citizens of the airport will transform with their own resources. We believe that we will achieve urban transformation in the next 10 years. If we do this, we will save the future of Istanbul. Because 80 percent of the city has to be renovated. In 2018, we will go to the signatures of the signatures 'we are ready'. We will not go to anybody and force urban transformation "
