IN real estate sector, The Women Leaders Platform announced the results of the first women's survey on real estate for women working in the real estate sector in Turkey. According to the survey; Women in the sector are ready to work at a highly educated, senior management level, with a young profile at 36, and demand it to be governed by justice and impartiality.
Result of Women in Real Estate research That organized for the first time with cooperation ULI Turkey (Urban Land Institute) REIA (Real Estate and Real Estate Investment Association) and TCA (Turkish Contractors Association) for women working in the real estate sector in Turkey; was announced to the public with a media conference held at a hotel in Beşiktaş, Istanbul by the Women Leaders Platform in the real estate.
REREIA President Aziz Torun, TCA President Mithat Yenigün and ULI Turkey President Ayşe Hasol Erktin emphasized their support for the presence of women in the sector in the opening speeches at the meeting held under the sponsorship of ASTAY Real Estate and İŞ REIA.
Following the opening speeches, the results of the research by the Lawyer Pınar Ersin Kollu, the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Women Leaders Platform in Real Estate, were announced. In the second half of the program, a forum titled "The Future of Women in Real Estate" was organized.
The fieldwork was conducted between March 27 and April 19, 2017; 436 women working in Construction, Investor, Developer, Consultancy and Service, Architect and Engineering, Real Estate Investment Associations and Appraisal Companies participated in the online survey method.
