Housing Prices Rise In Belgium

According to the survey conducted in the Euro Area; In Belgium, housing prices rose 3.7 percent in the fourth quarter of 2017 compared to the same period last year.

MOST INCREASE IN IRELAND

House prices in Belgium rose by 3.7% in the fourth quarter of 2017 compared to the same period last year, according to Eurostat figures released by the European statistics bureau.

The highest increases in housing prices in the EU in the fourth quarter of 2017 were in Ireland (+ 11.8%), Portugal (+ 10.5%) and Slovenia (+ 10%).
