EVA Real Estate Appraisal's "2016 Istanbul Branded Housing Survey" shows that 1,417 housing projects in the 34 provinces of the city took place and that the number of branded houses in the city reached 560. Increase in Branded Housing Project by 2016 14%

On the European side, it is noted that the region with the highest residential unit sales price is Fulya-Bomonti-Şişli-Büyükdere aksı and the region with the lowest unit sales value is Esenyurt. While the average unit sales value of the branded houses opposite Fulya-Bomonti-Şişli-Büyükdere is 20.000 TL / m2, it is seen that the average unit square meter sale price in the Esenyurt region with the lowest unit sales value is at the level of 3,500 TL / m2.
