Turkey has recently under gone major projects for urban transformation. Within the scope of these projects, urban transformation works are being carried out rapidly in other big cities, especially in Istanbul. The common feature of these studies is the necessity of using completely natural plantations in new projects. Because, in the past, narrow streets and crooked settlement have ruined tree texture and natural life. However, new projects are carrying out forestation work with a specific calculation method per square meter. These projects are of great importance in order that city life does not consist entirely of concrete. Urban transformation and forestation work are of great importance when considering the population growing from day to day.
Ahmet Tüfekçibaşı, chairman of the board of directors, who is in charge of the Aycan &Feres business partnership and real estate Evaluation Company, is one of the key actors of urban transformation projects. The plantation projects which are very important for the city life have positive effects on human health and psychology. 13 urban buildings have been demolished with urban transformation studies for the Greenox project, which is expected to be completed in 2017. The new project, which will be built with international standards, is aimed at a self-sufficient social life. Within the scope of the project, there will be a living space that will allow all kinds of activities that may be needed in houses, offices, cafes and shops. There has not yet been a price statement for the project.
