4 Billion Turkish Liras REIT Partnership

Before merging, Akasya Shopping Center, which is located in SAF REIT, went under the roof of Akiş GYO. Akiş REIC, which also owns Akbatı Shopping Center, will have an equity value of TL 2.5 billion, total assets of TL 4 billion and an annual rental income of TL 320 million. Akiş REIT is one of the biggest real estate investment trusts in Turkey with this union.

Gökşin Durusoy, Board Member and General Manager of Akiş GYO stated that they pressed the button for new investments after the partnership said they would invest in luxurious housing in Beykoz and commercial real estate and housing in Kadıköy. Durusoy stated that they will invest 420 million TL in Bağdat Caddesi and the projects will be completed in 2018. “We are carrying out our first cooperation with the Beymen in the street store. Beymen store in Suadiye will open its doors in September. ” Durusoy stated that they are aiming to create new living spaces with new brands Akpartman. Akapartman’s first project in Akapartman Suadiye consists of 3 + 1 and 4 + 1 duplex apartments.


Gökşin Durusoy stated that they are evaluating investment opportunities in the Beykoz region and stated that they will start a project with housing and commercial areas with an investment of 150 million TL on an area of ​​40 thousand square meters in 2018.

On the other hand, Akiş GYO gave TOKİ the highest bid in the sale of 41 thousand 570 square meters of land in Istanbul Bulgurlu with 793 million TL sales revenue and 301 million government shares. 11 companies attended the first session of the tender held the previous day. The winner will be announced with a second session next week.
